   INT 232- History of Interiors   By: Nicol Valeria Torres Villamil  Week 15-Deconstructivism This week we studied Deconstructivism , a contemporary design movement that challenges traditional ideas of structure, order, and symmetry. Instead of creating balanced and predictable spaces, designers intentionally use fragmentation, distortion, and unexpected forms . Deconstructivism is strongly influenced by advances in technology and computer-aided design (CAD) , which allow architects to create complex and irregular shapes.
